Working Principle

How It Works
The ACBA-FX-A Vacuum Suction Valve operates on an intelligent automatic sealing principle:
- Step 1:When the suction hole is not covered by a workpiece, a large amount of airflow flows through hole 1, which drives the No.1 ball valve to sink and form a seal automatically.
- Step 2:When the workpiece covers holes 2 and 3, only a small amount of airflow flows through these holes.
- Step 3:The ball valve remains stationary under the elastic force of the spring, and airflow passes through the gap of No.2 and No.3 ball valves, forming negative pressure to adsorb the workpiece.
